Natural disaster migrants are on the rise. With increasing global temperatures, certain Latin American populations find themselves bracing for increasingly intense hurricanes, tornadoes, and tsunamis. Come join us as we discuss this phenomenon.  This topic will also cover enclaves that suffer forced displacement due to earthquakes. Discussion points will include: climate change; natural disaster preparedness and under-resourcing; migration statistics; policy recommendations; individual narratives.
