“I agreed to join the Advisory Board of the IGL because I felt then and do more so now, that it continues to be a “jewel of the University” due to the intensity and extraordinarily wide scope of the programs in which it involves its students.  These are programs that unabashedly tackle serious worldwide issues that demand serious research, discussion, investigation and reporting.  The operational model for these programs that its students experience become transformative to them and inevitably set them on career paths unimaginable prior to their exposure to the IGL.  For these reasons and more I feel it is imperative that as an advisory board member I volunteer my time, advice and resources to the work of the IGL.”
